Illustrative representation.

A good inspection solution fits the component – and the process.

Material, geometry, quality requirements and the production sequence must be considered together. We help you translate these requirements into a traceable inspection concept and coordinate implementation between quality, production, engineering and equipment suppliers.

  • Technical clarity

Define requirements and responsibilities in an understandable way.

  • Suitable inspection processes

Match methods and procedures to the specific task.

  • Traceable results

Assign inspection documents and data in a structured way.

  • Practical implementation

Consider ramp-up, operation and production conditions together.

Automation

Automation starts with a robust inspection concept.

An automated inspection system has to do more than move components and acquire signals. What matters is suitable inspection technology, traceable evaluation, controlled procedures and integration into your production. NPB helps you bring these requirements together and coordinate implementation with the departments involved.
